  • 1-2 teaspoons of Xanthan Gum to make your pasta dough flexible
  • Half a teaspoon of salt or kosher salt, whatever you prefer

  • 2 teaspoons of Olive Oil

Process

Prep Time- 45 minutes

Cook Time- 5-10 minutes
